The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (www.cwgc.org.uk) has the list of all those interred at the El Alamein Cemetery (which is different from all those dead during the battle of El Alamein, because also other soldiers who died in other places and at other times were later transferred to that cemetery).
I believe it is a service which requires the payment of a fee.

There was at the time an 8th Army Graves Registration organization, and nowadays a Commonwealth War Graves organization. The Imperial War Museum, London, can redirect you in case of need.
