Saw a P-51D I am trying to ID, propeller spindle is red (with a yellow spiral), extreme rear of tail is red (just the control surface), the letters 'AS' appear on the fuselage and the tail number is 472217....
The wing tips are clean and there are no invasion stripes.
Anyone have a reference source for the 'AS' to find out what squadron this belonged to (I am trying to ID the unit from a photo)...

He's referring to some P-51s shown in the season finale of (Star Trek) Enterprise on Wednesday night. It's probably an alternate timeline of some kind so probably won't match against any real squadron.
