I would like to know if there is a good book, drawing on Spanish military archives, detailing Spain's plans and, if possible, intentions during WWII.

This should include the Spanish occupation of Tangiers (14 June 1940), reinforcement of Spanish Morocco and the Baleares Islands, details about the cooperation afforded to the Axis, and if possible some treatment about Spanish armed forces during WWII (I know that Franco stepped up rearmament in 1940, but don't know what became of it later).

Please note that I am not interested in vague overviews drawing from secondary sources and/or English, American or German intelligence estimates, or in a general work with only a few pages about Spain. On the other hand, the book doesn't have to be in English, Spanish is fine.

Thanks in advance.

Huh. There doesn't seem to be much on the subject. This seems to be the most recent work:

Espana, Franco y la Segunda Guerra Mundial, desde 1939 hasta 1945 Luis Suarez Fernandez, Madrid, Actas Editorial, 1997.

It appears to be part of a series on Spain under Franco.
